Ingrid leads Revenue Strategy at 38North Security, where she oversees the company’s go-to-market architecture, revenue operations, partnerships, and practice growth. She has been the driving force behind the Practice Lead operating model and has supported the launch of Compliance Engineering as a distinct offering, and the productization of LaunchPad into a repeatable compliance accelerator tied to multi-million-dollar revenue impact.

Prior to joining 38North, Ingrid spent six years as Marketing Director at Fohlio, where her inbound, content-driven strategy generated $5M in revenue and contributed to $6M in funding. Her campaigns brought in enterprise clients including Marriott International, Tiffany & Co., Accor, Sandals Resorts, Gensler, and Best Western.

Ingrid holds certifications in Revenue Architecture (Winning by Design) and CRO School (Pavilion), where she trained in forecasting, revenue modeling, and scaling high-growth organizations. She is recognized for building the frameworks and systems that move companies from “GTM Fit” to “Scale-Up Fit,” ensuring sustainable growth across markets.
